Great opportunity: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Kontagora, Niger State. Requirements: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines On a typical shift you will topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
