Waiter — Warren County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a waiter in Warren County, New York. You will be based in a five-star hotel. What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place.
