Slinger signaller — Providence County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a slinger signaller in Providence County, Rhode Island. The role involves select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
