Maintenance painter wanted in Richland County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Richland County, Illinois. You will be based at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application On the job you will handle: • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
