Overlocker operator — Ashley County

Now hiring: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Ashley County, Arkansas. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. Day to day you will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Six days a week, one day off.
