Now hiring: we are hiring a gas installation technician in Ile Oluji/Okeigbo, Ondo State. You will work at a busy gas installation company. Day-to-day duties: • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points Requirements: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Driving licence for travel between sites • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces Full-time with occasional weekends.
