Join our team: we are hiring a stitching operator in Kusada, Katsina State. On a typical shift you will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Rotating shifts.
