Steward — Kent

Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Kent, England. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts We offer £2,100 per month plus benefits.
