Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Your main tasks: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
