Construction helper • Clay County, Minnesota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a construction helper in Clay County, Minnesota. You will be based on a road and bridge project. The role involves: • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage You should have: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
