Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Addison County, Vermont. What we are looking for: • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
