Prep cook — Dolores County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Dolores County, Colorado. On a typical shift you will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time with occasional weekends.
