Scullery hand wanted in Jasper County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Jasper County, Missouri. The job is at a banquet hall. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Your main tasks: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
