Steel erection rigger • Edwards County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Edwards County, Texas. You will work in a heavy machinery workshop. On a typical shift you will attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
