Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Madison County, Ohio. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds Part-time with flexible hours.
