Lathe operator • Chesterfield County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Chesterfield County, Virginia. You will work at an auto-parts workshop. On a typical shift you will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
