Conventional mill operator — Eddy County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Eddy County, New Mexico. The job is in a CNC machining unit. Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron The role involves carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
