Oven operator — Custer County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Custer County, Oklahoma. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. You will score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
