Powder coating operator — Argungu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Argungu, Kebbi State. What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Your main tasks: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Pay around ₦9,500 per day, based on your experience.
