Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors The role involves: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
