Dough maker wanted in Mora County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Mora County, New Mexico. The job is at a cake shop. The role involves monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
