The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Rotating shifts.
