Ideal candidate: • A good head for heights and steady balance • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems The role involves strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits.
