CO2 welder • Saginaw County, Michigan

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Saginaw County, Michigan. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. The role involves lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. Requirements: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $23 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
