Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Perry County, Kentucky. The job is at a halal meat counter. Ideal candidate: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
