Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience.
