You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus Day-to-day duties: • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
