QC inspector — Macon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a QC inspector in Macon County, Alabama. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection The role involves: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Performance bonus on top of base pay.
