We are recruiting: we are hiring a hand presser in Mani, Katsina State. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Day to day you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents. You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Full-time with occasional weekends. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
