Milling machine operator wanted in Dawson County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Dawson County, Texas. You will be based in a die and mould making unit. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls The role involves run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $220 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off.
