Now hiring: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in Mineral County, Montana. You will be based on a bridge and infrastructure project. The role involves: • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Physically fit to climb ladders and work long shifts • Able to read load charts and lifting plans Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
