Urgent requirement: sewing machine operator (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Ross County, Ohio. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. What we are looking for: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line The role involves: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
