You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel The role involves upsell starters, desserts and beverages; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; clear and reset tables between covers; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket).
