We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Harrison County, Mississippi. The job is on a residential housebuilding project. The role involves finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Good eye for detail and a clean finish A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift.
