Now hiring: we are hiring a tile roofer in Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota. You will work on residential new-build sites. What we are looking for: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • A good head for heights and steady balance Day-to-day duties: • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
