On the job you will handle: • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Rotating shifts.
