Now hiring: we are hiring a halal butcher in Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin. You will work in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
