Immediate opening: canteen cook (Illinois)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Rock Island County, Illinois. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
