Render and set plasterer • Louisa County, Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Louisa County, Virginia. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Your main tasks: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration Requirements: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Rotating shifts. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
