Cnc turner — Hardeman County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cnc turner in Hardeman County, Tennessee. The job is in a tool room. You will measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
