Great opportunity: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Warren County, Tennessee. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms On the job you will handle: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage Part-time with flexible hours.
