Articulated lorry driver — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an articulated lorry driver in Madison County, Virginia. The job is in a refrigerated transport fleet. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Current Driver CPC qualification card Day to day you will report defects and book the unit in for servicing; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
