Concrete labourer • Saint Johns County, Florida

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Saint Johns County, Florida. You will work on a commercial building project. The role involves mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean. You should have: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
