Vacancy available: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Lanier County, Georgia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Your main tasks: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well 5+ years on the tools preferred.
