Immediate opening: we are hiring a picker-packer in Perry County, Indiana. Your main tasks: • Weigh and measure parcels for courier collection • Pack items into cartons and seal them with tape • Pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list • Scan barcodes to update stock levels on the WMS • Report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor • Assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay Ideal candidate: • Able to stand and walk for long shifts on your feet • Valid counterbalance/reach forklift licence (RTITB or equivalent) • Strong attention to detail to avoid mis-picks Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
