Ideal candidate: • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic Day-to-day duties: • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
