Now hiring: we are hiring a press setter operator in Henry County, Alabama. You will work in a sheet metal stamping unit. You will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; record output and downtime on the production sheet; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings. What we are looking for: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
