Urgent requirement: we are hiring a crane operator in Roanoke County, Virginia. Requirements: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) On the job you will handle: • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control Six days a week, one day off.
