We are recruiting: semi-automatic welder (Oregon)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Wasco County, Oregon. The job is on a structural steel site. Your main tasks: • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Part-time with flexible hours.
