Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Pulaski County, Kentucky. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
